Greetings! I’m Maya, a graduate student and worldly outdoor enthusiast with an extensive knowledge of wine. After spending the last several years on the east coast I’m happy to announce I’m bi.

Bicoastal and bisexual that is.

Living up to my name, Maya, meaning “fantasy” and “magic”, I’m driven to make the most out of every experience. In this nonstop world, I relish the moments when I can be totally present, and experience genuine connection with you.

My background? My parents were travelers who only landed in the U.S. long enough to raise me, so I must’ve caught my wanderlust from them. I fancy myself something of an Epicurean, and I am working on perfecting the quintessential chocolate torte. I’ve just finished my first year of graduate school in NYC!

What do I like to do for fun? I love learning, meeting new people, and trying new things. Whether I’m speckled with dirt hiking through a national park or slurping oysters at a the local French joint — I make friends wherever I go. (And no doubt we will pleasantly blend into any environment we find ourselves!) You’re likely to catch me curled up with the New York Review of Books in a cozy coffee shop, or marathoning podcasts while I hike around the city.

My approach? I’m drawn to help people get in touch with their deepest selves, and empower them to explore the full extent of their sensuality. This is probably why, no matter how riveting the next destination may be, I often catch myself lingering in a place longer than I expected. I truly can’t help myself when I encounter someone as eager to explore as I am.

Learning anbout another person is as fulfilling as traveling to a new place, and I value my relationships deeply.  It’s truly an honor and a pleasure to be invited into someone’s life, and to share myself with them.

Life motto? A favorite Kafka quote of mine is, “Youth is happy because it has the ability to see beauty. Anyone who keeps the ability to see beauty never grows old.”

I really try to live with that in mind and find the beauty in everything around me. I’m so fortunate to have a career that allows me to be myself, travel, laugh regularly, and challenges me to discover all the gifts this life has to offer.

Intrigued? I would love the opportunity to get to know you. Get in touch below if you want to make magic together.
